Powe battles to get in shape after long layoff

Jerrell Powe has wanted to play for Ole Miss coach Ed Orgeron for three years.
It's the reason why he decided not to go to a junior college. And it's the reason why he held his commitment to Ole Miss for so long.
"But I didn't know practice was this hard," Powe said Monday, setting off a round of laughter.
Powe spoke with reporters for the first time since being admitted to the university last Thursday, drawing the biggest crowd at Ole Miss' media day.
