Ohio State bound Mullens

Ohio State-bound B.J. Mullens of Canal Winchester, rated recently as the No. 1 recruit in the men's basketball class of 2008, received another honor last weekend. He made the Super Five national all-star team that the Louisville Courier-Journal has picked since 1973.
The 7-foot-1 Mullens is the fourth Ohio State recruit ever named to the team.

The Columbus Dispatch : Bob Hunter commentary: Rumblings

Yikes, 7-1??

Nice pickup for the Buckeyes. Anyone know how his game compares to Oden's?

The 7-foot-1 Mullens is the fourth Ohio State recruit ever named to the team. The others were Clark Kellogg in 1979, Jim Jackson in 1989 and Greg Oden in 2006.

If the above is any indication, I'd say it compares well.

I just hope his conditioning is better than Oden's. The latter got noticably winded in the NCAAs a few years back.
