Best Damn Band in the Land

Even though I was in the band in High School, I'm usually not much for band halftime shows in college football games (besides my Vols anyway). But hats off to the Best Damn Band in the Land! The pregame show at the BCS Championship Game was just great. I know how hard it is to do the turns with the flares & the high stepping they were doing.

Awesome kudos to the Ohio State band!

The double Ohio was really cool to watch. Is that something that's done regularly or was it just this one time?

I think it was just this one time. However it was very sweet. I was a former Sousa player. That was impressive, them high steppin with those big boys on their shoulders and then takin a bow... wow.

Re: Best Damn Band in the Land

If you want to see a real "Marching Band", the only band to see if the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band. It's not even close. We may not win every game, but the Aggies NEVER lose a halftime.
