Smith has proved to be the ultimate dual-purpose quarterback. He is a threat to make something out of nothing with his feet, but it was his continued development as a passer that turned him into the nation's best player.

Ho-hum, yep, another award for Troy Smith. If he's not the most decorated athlete in NCAA football history by this point, he's got to be darn close. He's won just about every doggone award out there. Makes me wonder how in the world OSU's going to fill his shoes next year.
