I'll tell you what, folks - right now, the Buckeyes aren't looking all that sharp against the Cincinnati Bearcats. They lead, 3-0, in the first but Smith is only 3-6 for 28 yards and has been sacked once, I've seen a couple of dropped passes and OSU's averaging just 3.0 yards per play. Currently they're playing down to Cincy's level; if I'm a Buckeye fan, I hate to see them start out so lackadaisically.

Holy cow! Cincinnati just marched down the field on a 5-play, 80-yard drive and scored on a 22-yard touchdown pass to take a 7-3 lead on the #1 team in the country. Man, they are looking sharp. OSU needs a wake-up call!

Oh, man - Dustin Grutza had a receiver wide open for a touchdown, and he underthrew the ball into three OSU defenders. Laurenitis snagged for a pick. Cincy should be leading this game heading into the half; instead, it's 13-7 Ohio State. Smith has settled down (11-15, 118 yards), Pittman's running well (6.4 yards per carry) and Ginn's caught a TD pass.

Buckeyes will probably run away with this one after the halftime adjustments, but I guess we'll see!
