So is Doug Gabriel the best wide receiver on the Raider roster? Probably not, considering they still have ol' whatshisname Randy Moss, but the kid does appear to have skills. He had two 100-yard games in four starts last season, and averages 15 yards per catch in that limited action. Considering that it looks like Jerry Porter's worn out his welcome in Raiderland, should we expect a Moss-Gabriel tandem to start at WR for Oakland in '06?

Gabriel is a great WR, but I think Ronald Curry is better. If Curry stays healthy, he is better than Gabriel.

As for Porter, I believe all of that will get ironed out. Shell is not backing down from holding everyone personally accountable for the failures of the team last year. That included Moss.
