Rumor in the offseason was that Jamarcus Russel weighed in at the 300 lb. range.
Russel says he weighs 269 and was never close to 300.
He still on the heavy side even at 6-6, says he has 5-6 lbs to lose.

Coach Kiffin says Russel has been one of the hardest workers out there in the offseason and that his teammates have noticed his body as being different. That says to me that maybe he was a little chunkier than he was admitting.

These kids should take a little pride...me, I don't get no millions and I still hit the gym at 6 AM every day these days...and I try to watch my cals and carbs...they need a weight close in their contract.

Wait a minute. You guys have me confused. He didnt lose that much. It was only a rumor that he was in the 300 range. I dont know what he weighed when he came into camp but he says he is 269 now. He has 5-6 lbs to go.
He's 6-6 and has a big frame fellas. I agree he needs to keep it down but he's not as bad as you are making him out to be.

RIGHT .... you keep believing that "big frame" thing. My guess is if he got down to 220 his frame would somehow get smaller. Can "Big Bones" actually shrink while losing weight ???

Yup ... unfortunately it afflicts a lot of men. It has something to do with eating that first piece of wedding cake. I think many men are allergic to it.

Well I hit the gym every morning at 6 AM...I need super cool abs or I can't be Super Cool Tony Stark...cool abs are an important part of my day......they are only semi cool right now...I need them to be cooler...

Right. I agree. You need super cool abs. Maybe you should hit the gym a little earlier so you get them sooner.
