The Oakland Raiders have re-signed DL Tommy Kelly to a seven year, $50-plus million dollar deal, with $18 million in guaranteed money.

The AP says this was a priority for them following Warren Sapp's retirement, but... Kelly is coming off reconstructive knee surgery. That's a lot of years and a lot of money to throw at someone in that situation, don't you think? I believe they overspent on him.
