| Raiders are just plain sad I had a hard time believing that the Raiders could ever have rehired Art Shell. Now I am sitting here watching them and I cannot comprehend what I am seeing. Five sacks in the first quarter allowed, three in a row on one series. Then they had Seattle in a 4th and 24, kicking a field goal, and committed an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty to hand them a first down. It's time to put Al Davis in a home and start over. Incredible to see this once most feared of football franchises reduced to perhaps the biggest laughingstock in all of pro sports-well except for the Knicks.

| Re: Raiders are just plain sad Heard on Mike & Mike today that Oakland couldn't even muster 50 yards of total offense in the first half. Hell, I can think of a dozen or so college teams that probably would've been able to gain 50 yards in a half, even against an NFL defense. Words can't describe their ineptitude.

| Re: Raiders are just plain sad They had about three minutes worth of sacks on the Oakland QB to choose from as well. If anything, don't you think a Hall of Fame offensive lineman could coach the offesnive line? |
