Anyone else here pleasantly surprised by the Oakland pitching staff this season?
According to Yahoo! Sports, "The A’s lead the majors with a 3.31 ERA, and that, combined with a strong defense up the middle, has kept the team in nearly every game—despite the team’s .251 batting average... With the exception of the mysteriously struggling Joe Blanton, the A’s Opening Day starter, Oakland’s rotation has been superb, particularly All-Star hopefuls Justin Duchscherer and Rich Harden."
