The Oakland Athletics have signed OF Emil Brown to a one-year deal. So what's the word on this guy? Any good?

He's 33 years Old and no spring chicken. He never did anything in Pittsburgh and then 2005 & 2006 he hit 17 and 15 homers respectively, for KC.

In 2007, right after they started testing for steroids, he hit 6 homers. Hmm....

To be fair, he was injured or playing with an injury for most of last season, but it is suspicious isn't it.
