Athletics sweep Giants
This weekend, the Oakland Athletics completed an impressive sweep of the San Francisco Giants. In fact, the A's shut out their in-state rivals during each of the final two games after taking the first game, 5-3, in 10 innings on Friday. It was Oakland's first ever sweep in San Francisco.
