According to this report, the Notre Dame coach visited Richland Northeast High School in South Carolina recently to visit with uncommitted wide receiver Mark Barnes (6-3, 190). The visit went well, according to Barnes.
“We shook hands,” the recruit told reporters. “That’s about it. Stuff like that moves a school up in my decision. It makes me feel they are really out to get me. Not only a position coach came, but also a head coach came in. And a head coach really plays a big deal in my decision.”
