I am still in disbelief at Grimes' TD being called incomplete. I have bitched and complained about officials in both Pro and College - the game has moved beyond the old idiots who wear the stripes. If this isn't a case for the removal of instant replay (and the officials) then the game is fixed - pure and simple.
Naturally - Weiss stood like an idiot, dumbfounded - I would have had respect for his non-coaching butt if he had been ejected for arguing that travesty!

That was an awful call. Worst I've seen all year. You know, I can't help but wonder... Big East crew on the field. If they saw the play like in the NFL and they, not the Pac-10 replay official, made the call, would it have been overturned? No way. That was a touchdown, pure and simple. Awful, awful call.
