The first qtr just ended and the ACC refs are horrible! Carlson's "unsportamanlike" penalty? The Duke receiver's strangle hold on Walls no call. The "roughing the qb" call? If I had millions of dollars I would sue the NCAA for putting such idiots on the field!

Oh yea....ND and Weiss sucks!

Oh, and Allen, Aldridge, & Grimes are busts!

Lefty, for God's sake, it's DUKE they are playing. I never thought I would see the day where Notre Dame fans would be happy with a win over a program like Duke in football.

BTW, Charlie has next year to redeem himself with at least a 8 & 4 to a 10 & 2 or I will be actively calling for his head along with thousands of others.

Here's hoping they can defeat Stanford next week!

Heh heh, I know it was only Duke, but come on... there was actual doubt they could win this game. At least they won a second game. I mean, this has been such an unbelievably negative year for the Irish. At some point I would think that even the most belligerent Notre Dame basher would have to call off the dogs and help their fans try to see the positives, seeing as how they've been so few and far between in 2007.

I quit watching them this year when I realized nonw of their games would be any good. I don't care if they win all of them or lose all of them. I just want to be entertained. They were playing sloppy ball.

Lefty, they beat DUKE but they have to be the "underdog" going out to Stanford for a third "W", wouldn't you think?
