According to the Associated Press, "Notre Dame will play football games at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Fla., in 2011 and 2014... No opponent has been announced for the games. Notre Dame previously announced it planned to schedule a football game each season at neutral sites starting in 2009. It is an attempt to return the school to its independent roots." So what do you think about this move by the Irish? And who will they play?

I personally think the Irish get way too much leeway in what they are allowed to do.

I think a few years back it was big when a school like Purdue would play UCF...wonder if UCF will ever get to play Notre Dame...

i have to believe they will play either florida state or florida. ND played a series w/FSU not too long ago. i remember they played them in orlando.
as for florida - not so sure. for whatever reason, ND doesn't usually play SEC teams. for some reason they just don't match up well with those teams.

Currently, Notre Dame doesn't have the speed to match up with Florida. FSU's a possibility, or one of the smaller Florida schools - UCF, South Florida maybe?
