The Irish will wear a green jersey that will comomerate the 30th anniversary of the famous green jersey game against the trojans in 1977, a game notre-dame won 49-19. The jersey will be different from the one they used in the past two seasons against those same trojans and army. It will be a replica of the one they wore in '77.

Awesome! I love when they break those out. And I like the idea that they save 'em for important match-ups. Good stuff. And it's even better that it's the one from '77.
