Derek Landri, Mike Richardson, Dan Santucci, Chinedum Ndukwe Drafted On Second Day; Four Others Sign Free-Agent Deals :: Landri chosen in fifth round, Richardson goes in sixth, Santucci and Ndukwe picked in seventh.
NEW YORK - Notre Dame defensive tackle Derek Landri was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round (166th overall), defensive back Mike Richardson was taken by the New England Patriots in the sixth round (202nd overall) and offensive lineman Dan Santucci (230th overall) and safety Chinedum Ndukwe (253rd) each went to the Cincinnati Bengals in the seventh round of the 2007 NFL Draft at Radio City Music Hall in New York on Sunday.

Four other former Irish players, tight end Marcus Freeman (Baltimore Ravens), defensive end Chris Frome (Chicago Bears), wide receiver Rhema McKnight (New Orleans Saints) and running back Darius Walker (Chicago Bears) all signed free agent deals with separate NFL teams.
