| Notre Dame beats Portland
Notre Dame brushed off the rust after a week of finals and beat the Portland Pilots 86-69 last night. Russell Carter continued to step up scoring 28 (career high) points. The Irish played for the second straight game without senior captain Colin Falls who will miss the rest of the week with a foot injury. The Irish started slow and for a while they just couldn't put the Pilots away. But a number of big threes down the stretch helped solidify another victory for the 20th ranked Irish..... |
