The Irish are bound to improve on these rankings! You know the rushing offense is going nowhere but up. They have played some tough teams thus far, and to be 3-1 isn't really all that bad. The MSU win is going to energize a 7-0 run over the weeks ahead to 10-1. At that point the Irish will face a showdown against USC, and then we'll see exactly how good they are. Hopefully a major bowl date would follow, and maybe another test against Ohio State?
