| North Carolina vs. Virginia North Carolina will be taking on Virginia this Saturday, September 15th at 12:00pm in Chapel Hill. The game will be televised regionally on Raycom/Jefferson Pilot Sports. They hold all broadcast rights for the ACC games, so check your listings to see if this game is on. Virginia is coming off of a non-surprising 24-13 win over Duke at home. I just didn't expect the margin to be so close. They have a 1-1 record. They got beat by Wyoming 23-3 in the first week of play. UNC is coming off a heartbreaking 34-32 loss to ECU at ECU's Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. UNC looked great at times but really bad at times too. They game should have been over with less than two minutes to go in the 4th quarter with Conner Barth ready to kick a field goal. But the holder, Ryan Baucom, botched the snap and set it up for ECU to move down the field and win on a last second field goal from Ben Hartman who was 2 for 5 on the the night on field goals. This should be a good game with UNC being a 3 point favorite (I totally disagree with this one, but I'm a UNC homer).

| Re: North Carolina vs. Virginia They could not stop the running game. Both Peerman's ran on us like it was no big deal. T.J. Yates had another great game but it was to no avail. It's going to be a season of ups and downs with the team being so young. So I'm bracing for it. |
