UNC no doubt. UNC is running a more consistent program right now.

My guess is Kentucky for two reasons,
#1 - Can't stand the tarheels, and #2 - Tarheels are on roll this year, but next year won't be as successful, and Kentucky will continue to improve.

Guess is right. A guess is a non-educated statement. And what you said was not educated. UNC has a young team with a strong base. As recruits continue to come, they will become that much stronger. I know as a Duke fan, you don't want that to happen, but hey, worry about the season you are having now!
