| Re: Tar Heels basketball preview North Carolina has made it to the Elite Eight by beating USC in an amazing turnaround story. Down by 16 points to USC early in the second half, Freshman Brandon Wright led an amazing Tar Heels comeback to win the game and advance the Tar Heels further into the March Madness/National Championship game. They are one step closer to victory. The Trojans may have scored the first seven points of the second half and may have seemed to be in control, but the Tar Heels turned the tables like true fans knew they would. Our Tar Heels basketball team mounted an 18-0 run on their way to victory and a spot in the Elite Eight. Now it is time for UNC fans to rally together behind our beloved Tar Heels. They have earned one of four spots for the Pontiac Game Changing Performance. Go to Pontiac Game Changing Performance - NCAA Sports.com and vote for the Tar Heels play. The voting ends in 24 hours!!! Pass along to all of your friends, fellow students and alumni. Go TAR HEELS!!!!! |
