College football's weekly stock report
Todd McShay gives his weekly stock report on college football.
Stock up:
1. Oklahoma Sooners defensive front: The Sooners thumped Texas Tech without 2 of its best defensive players.
2. Utah QB Brian Johnson: the 5th year senior has had his ups and downs this season but he saved his best for Utah's biggest challenge, BYU

Stock down:
1. Notre Dame Coach Charlie Weis: lots of problems here but the biggest is the declining offense. In his second consecutive game as offensive play caller, Notre Dame posted just 23 points against Syracuse.
2. Marylands offensive line: team's play continues to be erratic, but the most glaring is the offensive line.
