ok a few problems with this list. First, David Carr was brought into a horrible situation. Anytime a quarterback is drafted onto an expansion team he is going to be bad because the team is the worst in the league. I believe the two starting tackles around him had never started a game before that season. If a quarterback is not going to be protected, then he can not produce. Michael Vick's career was fabulous until he went to jail. He wasn't the most effiecent passer but he did have a lot of wins and even got his team one win away from the super bowl, and does anybody remember that playoff game in green bay when he beat brett farve in the freezing cold temperature? Carr and Vick should not be on the list.
