ESPN is reporting that Kansas CB Aqib Talib and Michigan WR Mario Manningham have admitted to failing drug tests for marijuana. Manningham's stock especially is falling because he had previously lied to NFL scouts and personnel about his drug use. How bad will this hurt these guys come draft day?

wow, and I was hoping the titans would grab manningham in the later rounds, lying about drug use doesnt help them at all..

I was reading about this. If you remember it popped up last year and it didnt hurt the players' standings in the draft. Also, there was some concern about how this info leaked out. Looks like they didnt plug the leak yet.
Another thing is the players are asked and then their answers can be used against them.
With both Talib and Manningham there is more concern because it would seem that their use is more than experimentation.
It is questioned whether Manningham can be trusted because he lied in a situation where it would be very easy to find out the truth. Of course, since its pretty darn dumb to lie in such a situation, it was suggested that it is better to have a dumb liar on the team than just a liar.
