UCF's Kevin Smith goes 4.43 in the 40 at the NFL Combine. Does this help answer the nagging question about his speed? Does his value rise?

How does that rate among tailbacks? I know it's slower than the times you posted for McFadden and Johnson.

Middle of the pack, but I think its faster than Emmitt Smith did back in the day, and faster than he was expected to run.
