Because the have a need none of thier current runners fill. DeShaun Foster needs to go bye-bye. Nick Goings is better than Ricky Williams don't think so. DeAngelo Williams lacks size and experience. They need a between the tackles Stephen Davis type and that is Ricky Williams.
