ESPN's reporting that the Raiders and Browns are still talking. Oakland's reportedly still high on Quinn and might want to deal down. Lions are still looking to deal, reportedly, and the Bucs are one of the teams talking but "no deal is imminent" according to ESPN's Ed Werder.

Guess it depends how serious the talks with the Browns are, or how set they are on Russell. Could take a while if Davis is still weighing his options.
