| Thoughts & Prayers for Lefty's Nephew My partner and co-Administrator is Chuck, aka Lefty Noob. Chuck's 11 year old nephew was diagnosed with leukemia yesterday and lifeflighted to Akron Children's Hospital. Today the diagnosis was confirmed. Chuck's very close to his nephew and will likely be mostly away for an indefinite period of time. I've spent some time in prayer for all involved and I hope you'll do the same. As Chuck has time to pass along any updates, we'll post that here.

| Re: Thoughts & Prayers for Lefty's Nephew Wow, I had a family member who was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago but luckily, they're cancer-free today. There's no doubt Lefty, your nephew will be able to fight and survive. Think positive Jon |

| Re: Thoughts & Prayers for Lefty's Nephew Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the kind words and prayers. It means a lot to all of us. I'll keep you all updated on his condition. I visited Logan Monday and Tuesday, and he's alternatively scared and coping. He was lifeflighted from here in Steubenville, Ohio up to Akron Children's Hospital Monday afternoon, and while I thought he'd be scared, he said he actually enjoyed the flight and was talking with the pilots the whole time. Then yesterday afternoon, he was showing off all of the cool swag they gave him. We did a find the hidden picture thing in one of those Highlights magazine and he was watching some Spongebob and laughing like crazy. At noon today he's having surgery to put some kind of tube in his chest that will be used for him chemotherapy, and it sounds like afterwords he'll be able to get out of the ICU. He's scared about the procedure, obviously, and I wish I could be there for him. I'll let you know how everything went when I know. Sorry for rambling on so long, and thanks again for all the thoughts, prayers and well-wishing! Please keep your prayers coming. That, more than anything else, is the best thing you could possibly give Logan right now. - Chuck

| Re: Thoughts & Prayers for Lefty's Nephew 31 years ago last month I lost my mother to leukemia. The advances made since then are astounding, and I am positive that your nephew, with the help of all of our prayers and thoughts, will lick it. You will find that his courage and determination will grow as he becomes more and more knowledgeable about these procedures. God bless him and your family at this toughest of times.

| Re: Thoughts & Prayers for Lefty's Nephew Lefty: My thoughts are with you and your family. I'm so glad to hear that it's treatable. This past March, my cousin lost his 1 year old son to a genetic disease called Mytochondrial Myopathy ( A type of muscular dystrophy.) so I sort of know what you're going through. But hopefully he'll put it into remission for good. |
