| Been absent Hopefully this is the right place to post this, if not forgive me and move it to the right spot.  I've been gone for awhile (not that anyone noticed...lol). The reason for my absence is that I gave birth to my first child (a girl) about 3 weeks ago. So needless to say things have been hectic here. Hopefully I'll be able to get back in the swing of things soon and I'll be able to start posting on a regular basis.      |

| Re: Been absent Thank you for the congrats! Her name is Summer Grace. She weighed in a 6 pounds and 14 ounces and was 20 and 1/2 inches long when she was born. She now weighs 9 pounds (or so the doctor's scale says...lol). She'll be 3 weeks old tomorrow (Sunday June 24th). So she's growing like a weed. Oh and it's true about what people say about how fast your kids grow up.. Seems just like yesterday I was giving birth to her and now she's almost 3 weeks old. I've learned to appreciate the little moments now. |

| Re: Been absent That first year is incredible. Its like they grow up and change right before your eyes. The growth is so rapid. Like LSC said, enjoy every second of it. That time is so precious. Her name is lovely. |
