Sorry, guys. We had 4 hours of unexpected downtime today. The original issue sounds like it was at the actual datacenter and not the server.

I'm doing everything that I can think of to make sure this doesn't happen again but it sounds like it was just out of our hands. We've had a couple other issues in the last month. Before that, we had about 5 straight months of near perfect server/hosting performance. Hopefully, we're golden from here on out and will see no other problems.
