Ok, let me refute this statement.
This year, Lidle is:
8-7, with a 4.74 ERA
Yeah, he's not an ace, but he's gonna be a great #4 starter ( I hope). He has more wins then Wright, the Yankees' current #4 starter, and a better ERA then the Yankees #3, #4, and #5 starters ( Johnson, Wright, Ponson, and Chacon).

The same as Mussina....but remember, Lidle has pitched in a home run-friendly ballpark. And, he doesn't walk many batters...
