As recently as July 26th the NY Yankees were 3 games out of first in the AL East and only 1 game behind the Red Sox for the AL Wild Card. As of this morning the Yankees are 10.5 games behind the Rays in the AL East and 7 games behind the Red Sox for the Wild Card.

Is the Yankees season over ? Seems recent comments from Hank suggest he thinks it is.

I suggest you don't listen to Hank. I never really believe a word that comes out of his mouth. I do not think the season is over. However it is getting closer to it.
