cause im at school i cant watch all the yankee games, so i got mlb extra innings. I had the tigers feed the last few nights and they say posda has never been on the DL in his carrer.Does anyone remember him being on the DL. I remember him taking a ball in the face trying to break up two last year. But i don't remember if he went on the DL for it

Yeah, I remember that...it was against the Angels ( it wasn't Posada's fault, it was a horrible throw by the Anaheim shortstop). Hmmmm... I thought he did go on the DL for about two weeks at that time.

No, he didn't go on the DL for the ball in the face bit. He sat out some games though.

I can't remember but my gut says no, he's never been on the DL. If he was, who would they have replaced him with?

if he has never been on the DL thats pretty damn impressive for a catcher who seems to be beat up everyday
