Key Igawa is reason enough to can Cashman. How anyone could pay what they did for this bum is beyond belief. I don't even think you can send him back to the minors. What good would that do? Just release him and eat the contract. Keeping those young unproven pitchers and passing up a chance at Santana. Morgan Ensberg, Wilson Betimit, Kyle Farnsworth, Latroy Hawkins, etc., etc. I can't wait for Cashman's contract to run out. well i dont think they are making the playoffs this year

right now the Red Sox, Rays, A's, Orioles, Blue Jays, Twins, Indians, White Sox, and Angels all have better records then the Yankees

that's 9 teams .... and in order for the Yankees to make the playoffs .. they need to pass about 6 of these teams .... and i just dont see that happening
