its simple, cashman had an agreement with the real boss, that he had control of the day to day decisions, Hank and Hal now belive they need control like their father use to, and this is going to cause alot of problems IMO, the yankees have built a great youth movment under cashman. i belive Cashman is doing it the right way like the yanks did during their 90's dynasty, Hank and Hal wanna continue it like the 2000's which didnt work and will never work. let cashman have control let him make the choices, just cause u were born with a silver spoon in ur mouth doesnt mean ur going to make a great gm. Cashman has proven he is a great gm so let him do his job
