The question in the headline is being asked by the New York Post and others today in light of the Mitchell Report. From Roger Clemens and Andy Pettitte to Glenallen Hill and Denny Neagle, Yankees of all different pinstripes have been accused of using performance enhancing drugs during the team's long run on top of the American League East and the rest of baseball. Is that tainted now that they've been painted with the steroid brush?

let's see how many hypocrites we have here ....... 90% of you should be voting yes ...... as GDK said ... if the Pats titles and this season are tainted then so are the Yankees

i however have the luxury of a broader view .... i am one of the only that tried to convince everyone that the Pats (and now the Yankees) are no worse then anyone else

wouldnt surprise me any if Manny, Ortiz, Schilling and others were on roids last season ...... making them no better then the WS winning Yankees

This whole poll is tainted. It should be asking "Is MLB tainted??" Why just the Yankees and their records ?

Because they did not have a competitive advantage on the rest of the league. Everyone was equally guilty.

The fact that the major witnesses were from New York put the Yankees under the spotlight. It does taint their titles if the allegations are true, but let's not be naive that every single title team during the steroid era didn't get a major contribution from someone who was using.
