), Mariano Rivera will sign a three-year deal worth $45 million to return to the Bronx.
Reportedly, Mo wanted a fourth year but the Yankees wouldn't budge. "ESPN.com's Buster Olney first reported that Rivera accepted the offer Monday night. The deal might not be announced until next week, as Rivera still must pass a physical."

Newsday points out, a couple of weeks back it looked as if the Yankees could realistically lose Jorge Posada, Alex Rodriguez and Rivera. Today, it looks as if all three will be back for 2008 and beyond.
