With a 10-9, 10 inning loss to the Baltimore Orioles yesterday, the Yanks assured that the Boston Red Sox had won the division and that they (New York) would be the AL Wild Card team in 2007. Hard to believe it's over, eh, Yankee fans? But there's not much time for reflection - the playoffs are still ahead.
