| I think that the Yankees need to let A-Rod go at the end of the season. They have a decent enough offense without him and they could distribute the $30 million he is making to strengthen their bullpen. So, in other words, i am agreeing with the idea the SportsCenter analysts had. I just want to know what other Yankee fans and other baseball fans feel about this subject. |

I don't know if they really do have the offense to let him walk. Then again, that is a lot of money. Divide it up right, spend wisely and you could get four or five guys who could contribute, both at the plate and out of the pen. It's going to be a tough call, that's for sure.

| Re: A-Rod the yankees are always willing to throw money at players. it was a rumor that a-rod might go to the red sox...that would be funny...but a-rod has also said he would like to stay. we will see what happens. |

Good one! I think the Yankees should keep him; he is finally having a decent season in the Bronx, and will lead them into the playoffs this year, mark my words. I know it sounds crazy, but the Red Sox need to look out, the Yankees are gaining on them, little by little..... |

| Re: A-Rod i think it normal cases arod will be gone, but stienbrenner does hates losing top talent even if their past their prime. However, whats gone unnoticed is have you guys paid attetion to all the yanks they have called up this year to fill in. Cashman and his staff have done a great job filling up the minor leauge system with good young talent. I hope he doesnt canned cause george is an idiot
