MLB - New York Yankees/Baltimore Orioles Recap Tuesday June 26, 2007 - Yahoo! Sports

As Archie Bunker once said, the Yankees are up the creek without a saddle.

Re: Yanks lose to pathetic O's

And I bring up my previous theory...

Andy Pettitte was clearly frustrated during and after the ballgame.... He was the only man in a Yankee uniform who looked like he wanted to win.

“As a team we are not playing good baseball. We have to bear down a little bit,” he said. “I’m going to show my frustration. I’m going to show it because I care and I hope that everybody cares as much. I’m not going around polling everybody, but I’m going to wear my thoughts on my sleeve a little bit on the day I pitch. I only get to play once every fifth day. It’s extremely important to me and I think it’s extremely important to everybody else in here. At least I hope so.”

I'd post what Scott Proctor said after the game, but it's loaded with profanity.

Cool Re: Yanks lose to pathetic O's

They were never in the game last night. I wonder if they'll claim Shea Hillenbrand to give them some offense. I heard he is going to be designated for assignment today by the Angels.

They need a right handed bat

Re: Yanks lose to pathetic O's

I'd love to see the Yanks do something really bold and shocking... like demote every Yankee player to Trenton and call up every member of their AAA team to play the next series.
