Cool Yankees drop 2nd in a row to Rockies

After putting together an impressive streak, the Yankees have dropped 2 straight in Colorado. Jeff Francis had 9K's.

Throughout their history, the Yankees have always had problems with good lefty's. They had better win tonight. They're still 6 games out of the wild card spot. Am I wrong?

They are in fact 6 games out but it really is premature to be worrying about that. I'm not a Yankee fan at all so lets wait a while before the wild card issue becomes important. The important thing is that they are 10 behind Boston !!!

Eighteen innings at Coor's Field = 2 runs for the Yankees

Something's wrong...

But thankfully, the Red Sox are no great shake, and have just been lucky for most of the year. They'll slip eventually.
