well Friday night at 7:05 Clemens is scheduled to pitch against the Mets, one of the best teams in the NL

the Mets are a much better hitting team then the Pirates and they will have Perez on the mound with his 3.21 ERA

this will be a much tougher test for Clemens, will he be up to it ?

You joke Legend, but LoDuca is the only Mets player who has had any kind of success lifetime against Clemens

4 for 8, lifetime with 1 double, homer and 3 RBI's, .1000 slugging...

Simon, what do you mean big bigger? He's pretty short but he's a Brooklyn guy so watch out

I'm looking forward to this but not all the rehashing of 2000 stuff. That's in the past, of a different Mets organization. I'm pretty sure there's not a single player (Glavine signed in 2001 or 02) on the team who cares about the Piazza incident. But of course the media will play the hell out of those highlights and what not.

Oliver Perez will have to straighten himself out though because he's been a bit off the wagon in recent starts.
