| ...cuz it will take one for the Yankees to make the post season in 2007. The Yankee dynasty is dead just as I have said earlier in the year. Yes it's early and yes Clemens is coming but it seems like karma is against them. Every pitcher they put on the mound gets hurt and today against the Mets they played like the Bad News Bears. This is a playoff team? How long are Yankee fans gonna cling to "it's still early in the year." Yes it's early but this team is not dying...they're dead. They have nothing going for them that will make them come alive and start playing well. Forget catching the Red Sox (didn't I say the Sox would be this great? |

| Re: Do You Believe In Miracles... C'mon, I was just riding Wright for playing with no heart but he snapped out of it however you can't say that the Yankees are digging themselves into a hole that they probably can't get out of Empire! |

| Re: Do You Believe In Miracles... Hmm, what an interesting question. I'm guessing people will stop bashing the Yankees and watch them win some games when they actually win some games. They've lost seven of their last nine. They're five games under .500, in fourth place in the AL East and 10.5 behind Boston. Hard to watch them win some games when that's the kind of effort they're putting forth, ya know?

| Re: Do You Believe In Miracles... Well the Yankees did win last night on the dreadful ESPN Sunday Night Baseball. The annoucing team is so bad that I listened to the game on the radio while sipping a bottle of iced tea. I didn't expect the Mets to sweep anyway but the Yankees did push Maine down further down a funk he seems to be in so I give them a bit of credit for that but my thoughts still stand firm that the "big run" is over and it is time for the AL East to kneel to a new king in the form of the BoSox. |
