Roger had his first minor start tonight he whent 4 inning gave up an 1 run 3 hits 2k wat thing or does this not matter

You cannot really judge a SP on only four mere innings.

pitchers will get unlucky and hitters will get lucky ...... and Clemens must be rusty its to be expected

It's pretty sad that our main focus in baseball has come to a 40 something year old pitcher and minor league start. I am so ready for him to retire.

I agree but maybe for different reasons. $28 million is a ton of money for a 43 year old pitcher who will pitch for just a few months. I'm sure for him it isn't about the money but more about saving the Yankees (and getting into the HOF with a Yankee shirt) I hope he goes down in flames and George eats all that money as if it were a raw crow !!!

did you expect him to have about a 9 month layoff then comeback in his 1st start and just be lights out ?

i believe last spring he gave up a HR to his kid didnt he ?
