The Yankees will place Wang on the disabled list after he tweakes his hamstring. He's believed to have pulled it. Early reports say he'll be out at least a month.

eh not to worried about it, im sure the yankees will keep him out longer then needed since its the start of the year let him get completly healed up instead of rushing him back. I was reading on cnnsi, that they belive pavano will start opening day cause of this. Like to see how carl does, havent seen him pitch in so long i forget if he is a lefty or righty

Carl Pavano can earn his contract this April.

With Wang out, he will be the one to step up and win some games.

Wang should only have 15 wins or so this season, but I'm predicting even less.

I don't know but I haven't been impressed with his throwing.
