It looks like the three team trade that was rumored is all but complete. Bucco Blog is saying the only thing left to do is minor things being worked out by the three franchises. The trade would be:

Yankees Get: LHP Mike Gonzalez
Pirates Get: 1B Adam Laroche
Braves Get: OF Melky Cabrera and another player (from the Pirates)

Bucco Blog has updates saying Gonzalez was in New York for a physical but could not confirm it. It does seem like something's up and don't be surprised if something is made official within the next couple of days.

I think I would like the deal better if the Yanks landed LaRoche, but Gonzalez will shore up the Bullpen
