| Mets - Best Record in Baseball With an 11-3 win over Colorado yesterday, the New York Mets moved percentage points ahead of the Detroit Tigers and now have the best record in baseball. The 82-49 Mets have won 11 of their last 12, and are starting to look darn near unstoppable. Is an NLCS championship and a World Series appearance in this team's future? Who, if anyone, can stop them?

| Re: Mets - Best Record in Baseball Anything but a World Series appearance and win would be a dissapointment. The Mets not only hit and score runs but they play amazing defense. Yesterday was their 12th consecutive game without an error. |
