Re: Subway Series Rotation Pedro Martinez and Tom Glavine should put up quite a fight against their neighboors, the New York Yankees. Don't forget that Hideki Matsui is injured so the Mets have an edge there. Would you happen to know who is pitching for the Yankees? If Randy Johnson is scheduled, I am not sure if the Mets will be able to mess around with him. He has some great starts and some dreadful ones. I consider him one huge question mark. The Mets really have to watch out for Mike Mussina who is having an unbelievable season thus far.

Re: Subway Series Rotation That's funny because there were some rumors going around here saying that Zito was coming to Flushing. But on the Yankees forum you guys claim he is going to the Bronx. We have to make a decision here!

Re: Subway Series Rotation Barry Zito will become a free agent at years end. If he's traded by Oakland at the deadline or not remains to be seen. Zito wants to play free agency and get as much money as he can, reportedly pitting the two NY teams against each other.

Re: Subway Series Rotation It's pouring/thundering and all that jazz here in NYC. I'd assume there's a high grade of doubt as to whether or not they'll be able to get the game in tonight. If they don't...it would help both squads. Aaron Small is scheduled to pitch Sunday night for the Yanks as Chacon is hurt.
